Company Secretaries Circle
The MIoD in collaboration with ICSA Mauritius has set up a Company Secretaries Circle. This forum is sponsored by ABAX Corporate Services Ltd.
Objectives:
- Provide a forum for company secretaries and identify critical issues which are of concern to them;
- Produce position documents and, through consultation with government and regulators, contribute to policy development;
- Share best practice and find ways to effectively leverage lessons learned; and
- Explore the challenges of delivering effective company secretarial service.
Scope:
- Act as a technical resource or sounding board for current issues.
- Information relating to governance, and company secretarial matters future changes and international developments can be researched, discussed and debated to prepare formal topical position papers and alerts.
