Become a Member of the leading Professional Organisation for Directors and Business Leaders

As a Director or Senior Manager of a business in Mauritius, you have a very important role to play in the economy, but being a business leader means that you need to be constantly up to date with what is going on in the business world and you need support to face the challenges ahead.

Being a Director or Senior Manager is not an easy task and it comes with a high degree of responsibility and accountability. Besides the statutory penalties that can be imposed on directors for wrongful acts, or failing to act, the Code of Corporate Governance in Mauritius makes it clear that the directors are responsible for risks throughout the organisation.
