The MIoD is not for profit company incorporated under the Companies Act of Mauritius. As such it is required to have a board of directors. With the exception of the CEO who is a salaried employee, all other directors are Non-executive and provide their services on a voluntary basis. The current board of the MIoD consists of the following members:
